• GraphTransportation.jl

  Julia library for barycenters of measures on graphs — the computational core of my dissertation. Solvers cross-checked against closed-form solutions and published results, with hosted docs.

• graphtransport-py

  A Python port of GraphTransportation.jl, mostly complete. Differentiable with PyTorch; it's what this site's demo actually runs on.

• fixed-support-barycenters

  A first attempt at Wasserstein barycenters on graphs: Sinkhorn with a graph-distance cost matrix. Works, with a real theoretical gap.

• mfpy

  Segmenting and clustering time series — the backbone of my change-point-detection paper.
